Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager at the Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will implement our strategy that inspires sales excellence and delivers sales growth. You will lead a team of PPC Store employees and Account Development Managers. The Regional Manager will report to the Divisional Manager and work remotely in the St. Louis, MO area; this will be a remote role with travel.
Key Responsibilities- Identify important partner relationships to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs – emphasis is to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements.
- Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales goals are met.
- Analyze main performance metrics to ensure the region achieves goals.
- Collaborate with your team functions to provide field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements.
- Lead a team of outside sales members and store managers by implementing sales strategies and processes to engage current and new customers.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated experience selling success; 8+ years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting.
- Travel within the entire state and surrounding states is required.
