As an In-Home Sales Representative
, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre‑qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales role involves using advanced technology to design and showcase high‑quality bath products and services, all while maintaining a professional and customer‑focused approach.

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software
• Provide pricing information and secure sales consistently
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually improve your skills
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in home sales preferred; home remodeling background a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confident in public speaking and delivering presentations with clarity
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilities
