At Disciple, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and help drive business growth through in-store retail campaigns and customer interactions within our partnered retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute retail campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales growth
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while promoting products and services
• Interact directly with customers in retail environments to increase brand awareness and generate sales
• Attend client product training sessions and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Identify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals

Qualifications

• Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
• Leadership potential and a desire for career growth
• Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results
