Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience (e.g., Biotech or Medical Device), or 5 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Proven, documented track record for delivering consistent, top-tier sales results in institutions, hospital systems, and/or complex specialty markets.
- Ability to work independently as well as interdependently in a team‑oriented environment.
- Strong clinical acumen, account‑based selling, analytical, and strategic skills to successfully develop accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to seek out and qualify leads, profile new accounts, and build durable relationships with relevant healthcare providers and office staff.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Must live in the geographic territory or live within 50 miles of the geographic territory border.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel within territory on a regular basis, which may include frequent overnight and weekend travel.
Demonstrates strong clinical acumen and account-based selling skills, with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals. Proficient in utilizing CRM tools for territory management and reporting.
