Security Officer - Unarmed Rover Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail setting.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or public services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and associate activity for unusual behavior, and document observations and incidents in written reports.;
Support loss prevention and operational teams by communicating observed policy violations and/or hazards, preserving information for investigations, and following post orders and escalation procedures.
