Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report observed concerns according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and note unusual conditions;
Monitor high-traffic retail areas for policy compliance, access concerns, and/or suspicious behavior while maintaining a professional presence;
Document incidents, observations, and/or interactions in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
