This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Crew Member at Home Shield Foundation Repairs, located in O'Fallon, MO. The Crew Member will work closely with the team to execute foundation repair projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing job sites, operating tools and equipment, assisting with installations, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The Crew Member will also contribute to maintaining a practical and clean work environment while collaborating to complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Skills in operating hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials
• Experience in construction, repair, or foundation work is a plus
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are beneficial
