• Complete general maintenance and repair work across residential properties
• Handle tasks such as flooring, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Perform unit turns and make-ready work
• Manage your own workflow and schedule with minimal supervision
• Ensure high-quality workmanship with minimal callbacks

• Jobs completed efficiently and on time
• High-quality work with little to no rework
• Ability to operate independently without supervision
• Consistent output and reliability

• HVAC EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
• Plumbing or electrical experience
• Ability to pull permits
• Specialized trade experience
