Monday to Friday, day shift, with overtime as needed and limited Saturdays.
Job Duties- Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts on a variety of vocational and utility trucks and equipment.
- Provide repair and maintenance to medium and heavy‑duty trucks; background in hydraulics and electrical is a plus.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of parts, services and labor to track costs and properly price vehicles.
- Submit all work and repair orders to a supervisor for approval to ensure budgets are maintained.
- Perform all duties in accordance with best practices for a safe work environment.
- Attend monthly safety meetings held by Custom Truck One Source.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with diesel, medium or heavy truck, or related equipment (construction, farm, military).
- General mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, construction, farm, or truck systems.
- Basic computer skills and ability to document repair activity.
- Vocational technical school or military wheeled mechanic training (or related training).
- Three or more years of maintenance and repair of utility trucks and equipment.
- Valid driver's license.

- Physical ability to move objects and tools; frequent stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling and high dexterity.
