We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing residential concrete team specializing in decorative and high-end concrete installations. This position focuses primarily on residential projects, including driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, and other decorative concrete applications. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work and has experience finishing concrete to meet residential customer expectations.

• Finish concrete surfaces on residential projects including driveways, patios, sidewalks, and decorative flatwork.
• Perform hand and machine finishing techniques.
• Float, edge, broom, stamp, and texture concrete as required.
• Create decorative concrete finishes including stamped and exposed aggregate surfaces.
• Assist with placement, screeding, grading, and pouring concrete.
• Apply curing compounds and ensure proper finishing procedures are followed.
• Read site conditions and make adjustments to achieve proper drainage and appearance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean jobsite.
• Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Interact professionally with homeowners when necessary.

• Concrete finishing expertise.
• Experience in construction.
• Proficiency with trowels, carpentry, and pouring concrete.
• Ability to operate a skid steer.
• 2+ years of concrete finishing experience.
• Experience with residential concrete flatwork.
• Ability to perform concrete finishing techniques including floating, edging, broom finishes, and decorative and stamped concrete finishes.
• Ability to read grades and maintain proper slopes for drainage.
• Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, MO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $44.00/hr.
