Evergreen Residential is hiring a Maintenance Field Technician based in Jackson, Mississippi to support post-renovation repairs, smart home troubleshooting, and routine occupant maintenance across our growing SFR and BTR portfolio. You will perform inspections, HOA checks, and move-in/move-out operations, coordinating with residents and our construction teams.
The role requires at least two years in residential maintenance and proficiency with Microsoft Office; HVAC certs are a plus.
