Our Engineering team is responsible for building highly scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications that power mission-critical business solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

As a Senior Java Application Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing distributed systems while collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, QA, Dev Ops, and other cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

You will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help drive engineering best practices across the organization.

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality Java-based enterprise applications.
• Build scalable, cloud-native distributed systems using modern software engineering principles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, coding standards, automated testing, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate closely with QA, Dev Ops, and Documentation teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Build reliable, secure, and highly available enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global locations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
