Qualification:

Experience building AI native engineering organizations. Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) architectures and agent ecosystems. Experience with AI Foundry, Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms. Experience implementing enterprise developer platforms and internal engineering products. Strong understanding of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.

Technical

Skills:

Deep understanding of software engineering, cloud native architecture, API management, microservices, and Dev Ops. Platform engineering experience with Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, AI assisted development platforms, LLM integrations, agentic systems, and AI orchestration frameworks. Strong knowledge of AWS enterprise cloud platform.

Key Expectations:
To focus on leveraging technologies such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code CLI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Agents, Developer Platforms, and Enterprise API Integration frameworks to fundamentally redefine how software is designed, built, tested, deployed, and operated. This role aligns with emerging AI native development models that emphasize agentic workflows, AI assisted coding, MCP enabled integrations, and rapid prototyping.
