Job Description Summary

• Deliver solutions by providing direct development of software.
• Ensure quality of one or more application code bases and alignment with development standards.
• Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior employees.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype solution alternatives for given business needs.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
• Work closely with development teams to assist in development of features.
• Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Ensure the final product is highly performant, responsive, and of the highest quality.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily scrum, story pointing, story elaboration, and retrospectives.

Work as part of a team to develop and deliver Exception Processing solutions.

• Install, configure, administer, upgrade and monitor Exception Processing products.
• Test commercial products and custom code modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with product vendors to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior developers and supervise implementation of designed solution.
