Are you a personal trainer ready to take the next step into leadership? The Exercise Coach® is opening a new studio in O’Fallon, and we’re looking for a Lead Coach to help us build a high-performing team and studio culture. Client Coaching

• Lead personal training sessions using our low-impact, high-efficiency approach
• Conduct consultations, goal-setting sessions, and progress check-ins
• Provide basic nutrition guidance and encourage healthy habits
• Ensure a fun, supportive, and motivating experience for every client

Team Leadership

• Hire, train, and mentor new team members
• Build a positive, high-energy studio culture
• Lead by example in professionalism, client care, and personal development

Studio Operations

• Manage client accounts, schedules, and communications
• Promote training packages through relationship-building (no cold selling!)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment

Required:

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Basic understanding of exercise science and human biology
• Positive, professional, and dependable

Preferred but not required:

• Personal training or small-group coaching experience
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• Familiarity with strength training and nutrition guidance
