As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead daily warehouse operations, inventory management activities, material movements, and employee performance while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, site procedures, and safety expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material movements within warehouse management and ERP systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate material flow to support manufacturing and operational requirements.
  • Support warehouse operations across both first and second shift activities as needed.
  • Operate material handling equipment and ensure team members are properly trained and qualified.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees while establishing clear performance expectations.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and support for warehouse personnel.
  • Conduct employee training and ensure compliance with departmental procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Support staffing, scheduling, and workload management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, SOPs, GDP practices, and company policies.
  • Support investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and corrective actions associated with warehouse operations.
  • Participate in SOP development, revisions, and implementation activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections as required.
  • Develop proficiency with Dynamics 365 and other warehouse management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Materials Management teams.
  • Serve as a key resource and partner to warehouse management and site leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, supply chain, or materials management experience.
  • Previous supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience required.
  • Experience with in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CDMO, or other GMP-regulated environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
  • Experience working within regulated environments requiring documentation accuracy and procedural compliance.
  • Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems, warehouse management systems, inventory control systems, or similar software platforms.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and support operational needs across multiple shifts.
  • Experience supporting investigations, CAPAs, SOP revisions, and compliance activities is preferred.
  • Experience supporting FDA inspections, regulatory audits, or quality initiatives is preferred.
Physical Demands / Qualifications
  • Employees must regularly use their hands to handle materials and supplies.
  • Employees must regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout warehouse operations.
  • Employees must be able to safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Employees must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Employees are required to effectively use computers and electronic communication systems.
  • Employees must follow all site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and support operational activities across multiple shifts as needed.
