Job Overview

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) position in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts for a 13‑week assignment.

• Provide observation and care for post‑op patients as they recover from surgical anesthesia.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage critical changes.
• Determine when patients are recovered and ready to move to a room.
• Create individualized care plans based on each patient's condition.
• Handle a broad range of patients from pediatrics to adults.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members.

• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certification (2 years required). Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean and stoop for long periods; lift up to 20‑50 pounds.
• Good stress‑coping skills and ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.
