• Assess physical, psychological, and social dimensions of patients.
• Apply knowledge of illnesses and use resources in the assessment process.
• Provide written assessments of patients on admission.
• Document nursing interventions, patient responses, and effectiveness.
• Summarize assessment data and create nursing care plans.
• Implement clinical and technical aspects of care according to policies.
• Educate patients and families, providing verbal and written instructions.
• Report patient care issues to Clinical Coordinator or supervisor.
• Coordinate unit routines and guide staff, including new staff orientation.
• Ensure safe environment for patients across various age groups.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

• 1 year prior related Medical/Surgical experience required

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• Current BLS/CPR certification required within 1 week of hire
• Current ACLS certification required
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
