Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and clinical support in a healthcare setting. This role includes administering immunizations, triaging patients, and ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery in accordance with nursing standards and organizational policies.

• Administer immunizations to patients following established protocols.
• Triage patients by assessing conditions and prioritizing care needs.
• Document patient care accurately in medical records.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Support clinical operations by collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities.

• Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings.
• Training in emergency response and triage.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred.
