Accounting Manager

A client of Insight Global is looking for an accounting manager to support their general accounting functions over Wisconsin. This manager will oversee a team of 7 senior accountants and accountants. Day to day will be overseeing and supporting the team of accountants, approving journal entries and account reconciliations, participate in year-end activities, make sure all financial transactions are recorded accurately to the general ledger, and additional ad hoc responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 yrs minimum of management experience (manager level)

• 5 yrs minimum of accounting experience

• CPA

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• Experience with month-end/year-end close, reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.

• Experience working for a large corporation
