- Review monthly and quarterly reporting packages and assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Ensure the month-end close and financial reporting processes are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain documentation and internal controls to support compliance and annual audit requirements
- Partner with finance leadership on special projects, analyses, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare variance analyses and support board-level reporting
- Mentor and guide accounting staff members
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and policy/procedure development
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- 4–5 years of corporate and/or public accounting experience
- Experience with in a mid-sized to large manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
