• Review tax returns, tax work papers, and tax projections.
• Provide effective consulting, planning, and compliance for clients.
• Research and document tax issues and identify planning opportunities.
• Oversee and manage day‑to‑day client needs and tax return processes, including identification and resolution of tax issues.
• Actively develop new business, expand services to existing clients, and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Participate in industry or service‑line related organizations and their events.
• Maintain strong client relationships with a proactive approach.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure timeliness and effective communication for proper project planning.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff.
• Maintain knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required;
  Master’s in Taxation preferred; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• Proficient with CCH Axcess, Sureprep, BNA Income Tax Planner, CCH Answer Connect, RIA Checkpoint, XCM, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Track record of building and sustaining client relationships and delivering high‑quality service.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
