Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Accounts Payable and Documentation Specialist. Our client located in Oak Brook, IL is looking for an AP and Documentation Specialist to join their team on a Contract basis. They are seeking an individual that is strong with different systems, data entry, and accounts payable.
Responsibilities- Managing spreadsheet lists of data to execute a task
- Reach out to carriers to obtain missing documentation
- Participate in ongoing AP training
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed
- Ability to navigate a multitude of systems and troubleshoot
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High energy team player
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
