About The Role
Join a growing practice serving owner-operated businesses that rely on sophisticated financial guidance without a full internal team. You'll have real autonomy, a collaborative culture, and the ability to make a visible impact on the businesses and communities you serve.
ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee full-cycle outsourced accounting engagements, deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis, and provide strategic advisory support including budgeting and KPI development. You will also identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and collaborate with leadership on practice growth.
Requirements- 7+ years of progressive accounting or advisory experience
- Demonstrated industry experience across nonprofit, manufacturing, construction, and real estate
- Strong command of GAAP, fund accounting, job costing, and real estate accounting principles
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as Quick Books Online or Sage Intacct
- CPA designation required or actively in progress
- Exceptional communication skills with non-financial audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
