Investor Services Associate

As an Investor Services Associate, you will support the full investor lifecycle by coordinating investor transactions, maintaining investor records, assisting with investor communications, and supporting investor-facing technology platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to help ensure accurate transaction processing, data integrity, and an exceptional investor experience.

Key Responsibilities Investor Transactions & Account Management
  • Support the processing of investor transactions, including subscriptions, transfers, distributions, replacement payments, and related reconciliations.
  • Monitor wire activity and payments, research discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Maintain accurate investor records across internal systems, documentation, investor portals, and third-party platforms.
  • Assist with ownership updates, account maintenance, investor documentation, and other investor-related activities.
Investor Service & Communications
  • Respond to inquiries from investors, financial professionals, custodians, and business partners in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate investor communications, including statements, confirmations, notices, and account updates.
  • Assist with investor portal administration, including user access, troubleshooting, and account support.
  • Help ensure a consistent, high-quality investor experience through effective communication and service.
Operations & Process Improvement
  • Partner with fund administrators, custodians, transfer agents, and other service providers to support transaction processing and data integrity.
  • Support reporting activities, data quality initiatives, system enhancements, and process documentation.
  • Identify and elevate issues as needed while contributing to continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
  • 0–3 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience in investor services, financial services, real estate, investment operations, fund administration, accounting, mortgage services, or client service operations preferred.
  • Internship or professional office experience in an operations, administrative, or processing environment is a plus.
Preferred Credentials
  • No certifications or licenses required.
  • Industry coursework, internships, or professional development related to financial services are beneficial.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong data-entry, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Experience using investor portals, CRM systems, or other business applications is a plus.
Communication & Service Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external business partners.
  • Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional investor service.

Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus program.
