Senior Tax Associate

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services
• Work closely with tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence
• Develop and train team members
• Expand technical and professional knowledge through client interactions, self-study, and training
• Work with a diverse range of clients

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA license or EA for Tax positions, or eligibility to sit for the CPA exams and meet the 150-credit requirement to obtain a CPA license
• At least 2 years’ experience as an associate in public accounting
• Ability to prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements
• Tax advisory and complex tax issue research capabilities
• Engagement management and operational excellence
• Ability to develop and train team members
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented approach
• Interest in public accounting

Demonstrates expertise in tax advisory services, engagement management, and operational excellence, with a strong focus on developing team members and solving complex tax issues. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license or EA.
