Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reporting packages

• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and operational variances

• Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes

• Maintain and analyze standard costs and manufacturing cost structures

• Monitor inventory accuracy through reconciliations and cycle count reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred

• Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and financial models

• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and standard costing in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; IQMS experience is a plus

• Ability to travel up to 50% to manufacturing locations
