LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to find a highly polished, experienced Executive Assistant for a temporary contract position based in Oak Brook, IL, supporting a senior leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing strategic support and elevating the executive experience during a key transition period. The ideal candidate will be proactive, polished, organized, and able to operate seamlessly in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities- Own and manage a highly complex executive calendar, including meetings, travel, events, deadlines, and competing priorities. Understand executive priorities and proactively determine what can be moved, adjusted, or escalated.
- Support high-visibility meetings and events, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Serve as a professional liaison with Trustees, vendors, consultants, external partners, and internal leaders, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Manage expense reporting through systems such as Concur and support vendor onboarding, contract administration, and invoice processing.
- Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives in complex environments.
- 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior leaders, including experience working with high-level meetings, Trustees, Boards, vendors, or external stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, professionalism, and experience maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables, reporting, charts, tracking spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Boston, Downtown, Chicago, West Coast locations, executive meetings and organizational events
