Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement to join our Corporate Procurement team based in Oak Brook, Illinois. In this role, you will lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across a complex portfolio of MRO and Facility Services spend, helping drive cost savings, strengthen supplier performance, and support enterprise-wide business priorities.

This role oversees approximately $220M in spend across categories such as general industrial, power transmission, electrical, uniforms, pallets, water treatment, recycling, and other facility-related services. You will partner closely with senior leadership, plant and operational stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce total cost of ownership, mitigate risk, and ensure supply continuity.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across MRO and Facility Services spend
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, cost avoidance, supplier consolidation, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs and demand planning priorities
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracts, performance management, and ongoing governance
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and benchmarking data to inform sourcing decisions and category strategies
• Monitor spend, support forecasting, and track performance against financial and operational targets
• Identify and mitigate supply, pricing, and supplier-related risks
• Drive procurement best practices, compliance, and process improvements across assigned categories
