Description
This is a #Hybrid role, working in the office 3 days a week. You will lead high-impact analytics, space management, and category management teams across multiple client accounts—delivering data‑driven insights that improve performance, drive efficiency, and generate measurable value. Partner with senior leadership to manage client relationships while building the capabilities to evolve into a strategic client advisor.
Responsibilities- Client Partnership:
Assist in the management of multiple clients—understanding client goals, supporting performance discussions, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Client Value Delivery:
Ensure teams consistently deliver measurable value, including sales growth, improved processes, and enhanced decision‑making support for clients. - Team Leadership:
Lead and develop high‑performing teams delivering space management, analytics, and category support across varying client needs. - Strategic Execution:
Translate client and leadership priorities into clear team direction, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality deliverables. - Category & Space Expertise:
Apply best practices in space management, assortment, and analytics to support fact‑based decision making. - Operational Excellence:
Improve processes, workflows, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and scalability. - Growth Support:
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deepen engagement in partnership with senior leaders. - Support the development and optimization of tools and solutions that support data analysis and decision‑making.
- Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge‑sharing across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1–3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the CPG industry and space management/category management practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience leveraging data, tools, and insights to support business decisions.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry tools.
- Strong CPG expertise with proficiency in industry tools of Blue Yonder, Circana, Nielsen, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Proven leader who drives project execution, sets clear goals, and delivers measurable results.
- Results‑oriented with the ability to remove obstacles and keep teams on track.
- Adaptable communicator who tailors messaging to diverse audiences.
