Cultivate Advisors is growing our national team of entrepreneurial coaches. We’re hiring experienced business owners to advise founders of $500K–$10M companies on how to scale sustainably and profitably.

Our clients grow an average of 43% in revenue and 65% in profit within a year of working with us. As a Cultivate Advisor, you’ll:

• Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute long-term strategic growth plans.
• Apply your firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company.
• Build a book of 15‑20 clients, each relationship built on trust, accountability, and measurable results.

• Has been the key operator or owner of a business between $2M–$10M in annual revenue.
• Has built and led a leadership team.
• Loves solving problems, coaching others, and seeing tangible results.
• Wants flexibility, variety, and purpose - not another corporate role.
• Thrives on being part of a collaborative team of like‑minded individuals striving towards the same Mission and Vision.
• Easily operates in a remote environment and is excited to be part of a tech‑forward company.
• Typical Year 1: $70K–$100K
• Typical Year 2: $140K–$200K
• Typical Year 3: $160K+
