Product Manager

The Chamberlain Group, LLC (Oak Brook, IL) seeks Product Manager to develop, communicate, & execute product strategy and roadmaps; lead planning & delivery of product launches; conduct market, consumer, & competitive analysis; partner with cross‑functional teams; define key performance indicators (KPIs); act as a Product Owner in Agile development environments; maintain awareness of emerging technologies & consumer trends; collaborate with internal stakeholders;

• bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; foreign equivalent accepted

• 3 yrs progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Marketing, involving development, execution, and management of consumer or electromechanical products

• Proficiency in product lifecycle management, GTM strategies for retail and e‑commerce channels; data‑driven analysis
• Working in cross‑functional environments involving Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Performing data‑driven analysis to support product decisions, pricing, and profitability
• Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, feature definitions, and documentation
• Applying Agile/Scrum methodologies in product development cycles
• Developing business cases, financial models, and KPI tracking for product performance
