Associate Product Cost Analyst

Do you enjoy digging into data, solving complex problems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive better business decisions? We're looking for an Associate Product Cost Analyst to join our team!

In this role, you'll play a key part in managing product costs, supporting gift pricing strategies, and helping drive profitability across our product portfolio. You'll collaborate with Product Development, Product Design, Sourcing, and Finance to ensure cost accuracy, identify savings opportunities, and improve operational efficiencies.

• Manage raw material and component costs to support product pricing and target margins.
• Analyze product costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Establish and communicate target cost goals throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate product costing within PLM systems, including labor, freight, accruals, and component costs.
• Monitor cost trends and investigate pricing variances.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product profitability and operational efficiency.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and resolve discrepancies between systems.
• Support Product Development by creating gift records, components, and maintaining product data.
• Track purchase orders and provide reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting, cost analyses, and special projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or product costing systems (Centric, Baan, or similar) is a plus.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
