• Lead execution of complex Multifamily channel programs and product launches, including go-to-market planning, audience segmentation, launch readiness, checklist management, and milestone tracking.
• Independently determine program approach and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and launch milestones.
• Lead the joint business planning process with Multifamily dealers, distributors, and partners, including plan development, performance tracking, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Multifamily channel programs and promotions, partnering with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Develop and maintain Multifamily channel segmentation strategies, including dealer tiers, distributor economics, and installer personas, while recommending opportunities to enhance partner strategy.
• Build financial models and analyses to support channel decisions, including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), partner value, pricing recommendations, resource allocation, and business cases.
• Manage Multifamily pricing, rebate, and promotional programs, including partner enrollment, payout accuracy, dispute resolution, and program optimization.
• Develop and execute partner enablement programs in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams, including sales tools, technical content, training materials, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor and measure partner adoption and program effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Own Multifamily channel reporting and analytics, including dashboards, program performance tracking, monthly business reviews, forecasting support, demand planning, and promotional calendar management.
• Conduct ongoing channel and market analysis by tracking competitor activity, partner performance, industry trends, and product and service innovations.
• Identify channel risks and execution challenges, develop mitigation plans, and build strong relationships with Multifamily partners to support account growth and success.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and protect Chamberlain Group's reputation.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices through professional development, networking, educational opportunities, and industry participation.
• Support special projects and contribute to team initiatives as needed.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Sales, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and/or Channel Management.
• Experience working with professional distribution, dealer, and installer channels within B2B or B2B2C environments.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results within a complex organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience developing ROI, customer acquisition, and partner value analyses.
• Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make informed business recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
The pay range for this position is $ - $; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
