Intern, Sales Strategy & Operations (Summer 2027)
About the Team:
Sales Strategy & Operations sits within Chamberlain Group's Revenue organization and is the engine behind how we go to market. The team owns go-to-market strategy and planning, sales and partner enablement, channel operations, sales analytics and partner-enabled services. We are the group that decides where the Sales organization invests, builds the reporting that shows whether it worked and sharpens how the field sells the complete solution to dealers, distributors and retail partners.
About the Role:As a Sales Strategy & Operations Intern, you will own a real project with a real deliverable and present it to Revenue leadership at the end of the summer. You will be placed in one of four teams based on your background and interests, and you will get exposure to all four through the intern cohort:
- GTM Strategy - sizing growth opportunities, building the fact base behind business cases and shaping how we prioritize investment across channels
- Sales Analytics - building reporting and dashboards on revenue, margin, sell-through and accessory attachment, and turning messy data into a clear recommendation
- Customer Care - analyzing service and support data to find the friction in the partner experience and recommending process improvements
- Revenue Execution and Forecasting - supporting the forecast process, pipeline and quote reporting and the operating cadence that keeps Sales on plan
You will work alongside analysts, managers and directors who own these outcomes day to day. You will learn how a $2B+ business plans, measures and adjusts, and you will leave with a portfolio project you can talk about in any interview.
