The North Central NP professionals consist of six capital markets partners, three dedicated support team members, and four financial analysts covering the Midwest markets of Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Detroit, Milwaukee and SE Wisconsin.
What You'll Do- Prepare and design proposals, offering materials, memos and presentations for assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop written executive summaries for individual property marketing materials or multiple property portfolios.
- Research and develop written summary of individual or multiple tenants in buildings that are being marketed.
- Conduct property tours and market tours with clients and/or third-party vendors
- Collaborate with client on data management, ensuring accurate records and reporting for preparation of marketing materials.
- Research demographics, market trends, and additional market information as needed for project specific deliverables.
- Manage the due diligence process and drive the marketing and closing activities for each transaction by leveraging market knowledge, including market statistics, comparable sales, and research data, while maintaining regular communication with the team and clients.
