With annual revenue approaching $200M and one of the strongest project pipelines they've ever had, they're continuing to grow and are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team in Oak Brook.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and field teams
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and procurement activities
  • Attend project meetings and help drive projects to successful completion
  • Support multiple projects ranging from tenant improvements to larger commercial builds

What They're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience supporting commercial construction projects
  • Knowledge of project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
