Social Media Executive

Creative Social Media Executive designs high-quality posts and edit engaging reels using Canva and Cap Cut. Responsible for publishing, scheduling, and managing content across all social media platforms.

Location: Remote (Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh)

Working Time: 07:00 AM to 4 PM CST

Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Compensation salary: Industry standard + Monthly Performance Bonus

• Create high-quality static posts, stories, and carousels using Canva
• Edit and produce engaging reels/short videos using Cap Cut (captions, transitions, trending audio)
• Publish, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms
• Maintain and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar
• Write strong captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the brand voice
• Ensure brand consistency (colors, fonts, templates, tone) across all content
• Respond to comments and DMs promptly; handle community and basic queries
• Track performance (reach, engagement, views) and share weekly/monthly reports
• Research trends and propose new content ideas to improve growth and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for briefs, approvals, and required assets
