Event​/Meeting​/Show - Creative Director

The Creative Director develops a creative vision and strategy for any specified project(s) for corporate meetings, shows & events. From concept to completion, this individual will foster client relationships throughout the creative process, manage and mentor the creative team, lead external creative professionals recruited for any given project, collaborate extensively with the project Executive Producer and other BIW professionals to achieve high-quality results.

• Customer input meetings, branding, creative development, thematic & logo design direction, set/scenic/environmental design direction, internal collaboration, scriptwriting, engagement campaigns, video concept and production, on-site direction, executive presentation coaching, and presenting creative concepts to clients.
• The Creative Director (CD) develops creative that intelligently integrates client input and strategic objectives into concepts that inspires, motivate, and educate the attending audience. Must be a great communicator with the ability to bring a vision to life for clients as well as internal and external team members by defining the creative rationale and how that translates into meaningful business solutions.
• The CD must have a good business acumen and understanding of global iconic brands, visual identity and complex brand expression, be able to oversee multiple projects at one time including proposal development and managing the creative process, confirming timelines with the producers, overseeing design direction, ensuring all deadlines are met, executing on-site, and confirming clients are satisfied with the results throughout.

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years' directly related experience as a Creative Director with industry events, meetings and shows, or proven leader in the creative industry.
