Job Description

The FLEX Videographer, Salesperson Video Program (SPV) creates high‑quality and professional videos with Nordstrom salespeople and stylists for  The role focuses on delivering an engaging online customer experience and connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom’s fashion expertise.

Flexible schedule, as needed; not a full‑time position. Hours and scheduling will depend on the volume of work.

• Set up the video set daily, including camera, audio, lighting, and fixtures in accordance with program guidelines for framing.
• Ensure proper lighting and focus for primary videos and B‑roll footage.
• Partner with the on‑site Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent on content.
• Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content.
• Support training or onboarding of crew members as needed.
• Manage audio and audit content during filming.
• Backup all footage after each shift and upload it for post‑production.
• Assist in preparation and shipping of product as required.
• Maintain audio and video supplies and equipment, and communicate required repairs or replacements to the regional Producer in a timely manner.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with a focus in Audio and Video Production (preferred).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Audio and Video Production.
• At least 3 years’ experience working in the fashion industry.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds (video equipment, props).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Hourly pay range: $28.75 - $46.25. Pay offers are dependent on location, as well as job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
