Summary

Provide friendly, efficient in-store support by handling customer transactions, resolving issues, and using store technologies. Inspire trust and teamwork while protecting customer information and promoting programs such as Nordstrom Rewards. • Assist customers with a variety of transactions and inquiries.
• Operate and demonstrate expertise in store technologies and POS systems.
• Defuse and resolve customer situations in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure the security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education.
• Promote customer programs and support team initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leadership.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS and Android.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours, frequent bending and reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
