The Catalyst Corporation is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team in the Oak Brook, IL area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
, helping answer questions, provide information about client products and services, and ensure each interaction is professional and helpful. You'll also work closely with the team to support customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.

• Engage with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Provide information about client products, services, and current promotions
• Answer customer questions and help identify appropriate options based on their needs
• Assist with customer acquisition and enrollment when applicable
• Build positive relationships that encourage customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate information
• Work alongside team members to meet customer service and performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
