Interior Design Consultant - Oak Brook Gallery

Summary

Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele in the RH Gallery by assessing client needs, educating on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet and exceed client expectations while building and maintaining a strong client base and ensuring fiscal goals are met.

• Deliver a luxury client experience through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Manage all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base to meet sales goals
• Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and appearance
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team members
• Assist with local or out of state travel as required

• Experience with in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Background in art, architecture, or interior design and relevant experience preferred
• People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
• Licensed to drive preferred
