Civil Engineer

This Civil Site Engineer role focuses on the design and plan production of greenfield and brownfield site improvements, including parking lots, stormwater systems, and utility infrastructure for private development projects across the United States. The ideal candidate is self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver technically sound, innovative solutions that meet project requirements and applicable codes.

• Develop and produce construction plans for site development projects
• Coordinate design elements across civil and other engineering disciplines
• Perform 3D surface modelling and pipe network design using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Assist with project documentation, submittals, and progress reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance
• Support professional and technical growth through mentorship and collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 0–4 years of experience in civil design or consulting engineering projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (3D surface and pipe design modelling)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
