Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
Primary Responsibilities- Participatewiththe Project Principal ,Managing Director–Retail,andDirectorof
Constructiononthewesiteplan,budgetmodel,andscheduleforpotentialnewdevelopments. - Assistwithsiteinvestigationsdocumentingpre-constructionconditions.
- Identifyanypotentialissuesthatmayincuradditionalprojectcoststoovercome(e.g.,grading,stormwaterqualityorquantitycontrol,wetlands,floodplains,easements,access,utilities,entitlements).
- Maintaincriticaldates,schedule,anddocumentmanagementtotracktheduediligence/inspectionprocess.
- Reviewandanalyzeprojectdocumentsincludingconstructionplansandspecifications,duediligencedocuments,utilityagreements,andmunicipalcode.
- Familiaritywithpermittingandentitlement.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, land planning, or architecture required.
- Qualifiedcandidateswithouttherelevantexperiencewillhavetheopportunityfortrainingandpracticallearning.
- 0to3yearsofprogressivelyresponsibleexperienceincivilengineering,siteplanning,andlanddevelopmentpreferred.
- Knowledgeofsiteplanning,siteengineering,andstormwaterdesignandmanagement.
- Knowledgeofsitedevelopment(i.e.conceptualsiteplanning,entitlements,due diligence,engineering).
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD,MSOffice,andMSProjectispreferred.
Workingknowledgeof
MSVisio,Site Ops,Sketch Up,and Yardiisaplus. - Generouspaidvacationandsicktime.
