When you join Design Group as a Sr. Electrical Engineer, PE, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world’s leading companies solve their most difficult problems.

We are seeking a talented Sr. Electrical Engineer, PE who thrives not only in designing full electrical systems, including power, lighting, and fire alarm for large, complex manufacturing facility buildings but also values strong mentorship and leadership.

You will play an instrumental role in creating and implementing state‑of‑the‑art electrical design solutions, elevating the standards of manufacturing plant efficiency and safety for clients in the food, beverage, and consumer packaged goods sectors.

• Strategic Project Leadership and Management – Take charge of large‑scale, complex electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, including strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Technical Innovation and Advanced Problem Solving – Lead research and implementation of cutting‑edge technologies and methodologies in electrical engineering, developing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Organizational Leadership and Influence – Act as a senior representative of the electrical engineering team in cross‑departmental initiatives, contributing to organizational strategy and influencing company policies and procedures related to engineering practices.
• Electrical Design Leadership – Spearhead electrical design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and integrating power, lighting, and fire alarm systems seamlessly.
• NEC Expertise – Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and experience in power distribution, load flow analysis, low‑voltage (and medium‑voltage) design.
