Civil Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior engineer to join our team, supporting roadway design projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for candidates with internship experience or up to three years of professional experience who are eager to grow their technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of products, systems, and structures.
• Perform research and analytical work to address engineering challenges and identify solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting appropriate materials and equipment for project needs.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and coordination efforts.
• Execute calculations, modeling, and simulations to validate and refine designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure all work aligns with applicable engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Help diagnose and resolve technical issues throughout project life cycles.

Qualifications:

• Experience with roadway design projects
• Internship experience or 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with Adobe software (e.g., Acrobat or Creative Suite)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Micro Station
