Duration:
Full time Role

• Domain/Primary Skill: Agricultural Tractor Cab Design
• Sub-Domain: Exterior/Interior Cab Design (Plastics, Metals, Composites, Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the cab design program across CNH’s cash crop high and 4WD tractor platforms, including launch phase support and issue resolution.
• Lead the design process from concept initiation to final production for the new cab.
• Track and resolve issues related to design and production phases.

Required Tools Expertise:

• Creo
• Teamcenter

Experience Requirements
:

• Extensive hands-on experience with agricultural cab design.
• Extensive experience with plastics, interiors, etc.
• Prior experience working with OEM
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision, including launch support and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering design projects on schedule.
