• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair arcade games and attractions
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
• Monitor game performance and ensure a top-quality guest experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized arcade environment
• Work closely with operations teams to keep attractions running smoothly

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electronics, arcade games, or entertainment equipment preferred
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
