What You'll Do:

• Buildcomprehensive financial reports and dashboards from scratch (not just update existing ones)
• Support the development and implementation of the inaugural budgeting and forecasting processes
• Create financial models and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Work directly with the CFO as your mentor and guide
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-accounting stakeholders
• Leverage Business Central ERP to optimize financial reporting and analysis

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Excel Expert - You live and breathe advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and complex modeling
• Report Builder - Proven ability to create sophisticated financial reports and dashboards from the ground up
• Communication Skills - Can explain financial concepts to anyone, regardless of their accounting background
• Process Creator - Excited about building new processes rather than maintaining existing ones
• Growth Mindset - Ready to take on increasing responsibilities with management potential
